Psychische Probleme sind bei jungen Menschen heutzutage weit verbreitet. Sie beeinträchtigen ihre emotionale, kognitive und soziale Entwicklung und können zu einer Verschlechterung der schulischen Leistungen und des allgemeinen Wohlbefindens führen. Jugendliche mit sonderpädagogischem Förderbedarf sind besonders gefährdet, da bei ihnen häufig mehrere Risikofaktoren zusammentreffen. Eine Früherkennung und eine angemessene Behandlung sind entscheidend, um langfristige Folgen zu verhindern.
