Abstract

Eltern von Kindern mit angeborenen Behinderungen sind oft stark belastet. Gleichzeitig haben sie nur begrenzt Zugang zu psychologischer Unterstützung. In diesem Artikel wird eine Studie vorgestellt, die untersucht, ob ein analoger Fotoflip mit Übungen der Positiven Psychologie die Lebensqualität und Resilienz dieser Eltern fördern kann. Die eigen-ständige vierwöchige Anwendung steigerte das körperliche Wohlbefinden der Eltern signifikant. Ihre Resilienz und depressiven Symptome hingegen blieben weitgehend unverändert. Der Fotoflip kann die Beratung, die Frühförderung und die psychosoziale Begleitung von Familien mit Kindern mit angeborenen Behinderungen ergänzen.
