Lebensqualität und Resilienz bei Eltern von Kindern mit angeborenen Behinderungen stärken
Eine Studie zur Wirksamkeit eines Fotoflips

Les parents d’enfants qui présentent des handicaps congénitaux sont souvent confrontés à d’importantes pressions, tout en ayant un accès limité à un soutien psychologique. Cet article présente une étude qui examine si un photoflip analogique, associé à des exercices de psychologie positive, peut améliorer la qualité de vie et la résilience de ces parents. Utilisé en autonomie pendant quatre semaines, cet outil améliore considérablement le bienêtre physique des parents. En revanche, la résilience et les symptômes dépressifs demeurent globalement inchangés. Le photoflip peut compléter le conseil, les interventions précoces et l’accompagnement psychosocial des familles d’enfants qui présentent des handicaps congénitaux.
