Le classi inclusive in Ticino: tra sfide, bisogni e supporti

Résumé

Negli ultimi anni in Ticino le classi inclusive sono aumentate in maniera esponenziale. Eppure, le prime esperienze non sono state esenti da sfide, in particolare legate al co-teaching. L’articolo riassume i principali supporti forniti dal Dipartimento dell’educazione, della cultura e dello sport e dal Dipartimento formazione e apprendimento / Alta scuola pedagogica per sostenere il corpo docente, in particolare attraverso percorsi formativi mirati. Queste misure hanno permesso di migliorare il funzionamento delle classi inclusive e di favorirne la diffusione sul territorio cantonale.
